Rhubard

Rhubard is not everyone's favourite, but I loved it.  It brought back memories of my time with my good friend Joanne in Cambridge, England.   We used to take the fresh rhubard from the garden, chopped them into small pieces and cooked them until the rhubard became mushy, add sugar and yummy fresh double cream.......

These pictures of the Rhubard taken in Ellesmere, England are simply gorgeous.
